The 'Stars' received through Gifts during the Live as a Host or Guest can be exchanged to Diamonds!
The conversion rate between Stars and Diamonds is 40%, and the 'Stars → Diamonds Exchange' function can be used as follows depending on the platform you are currently using. Please note that the 'Auto-exchange' function automatically converts all Stars to Diamonds once you turn on the setting.
[Android & iOS - Auto-exchange function] ‘My’ tab → ‘More’ (☰) → ‘Other settings’ → Turn on ‘Auto-exchange Stars to Diamonds’
[Android - You can select the quantity] ‘My’ tab → ‘Star Wallet’ → Select the desired quantity
[Web - You can select the quantity] Hakuna Web (https://hakuna.live/en) → Profile → Select 'Stars' icon → Select a quantity that can be exchanged to Stars/Diamonds
* Please note that Stars converted to Diamonds cannot be changed back to Stars.
* If you do not want to automatically convert Stars to Diamonds, you can turn off the setting as below.
‘My’ tab → ‘More’ (☰) → ‘Other settings’ → Turn off ‘Auto-exchange Stars to Diamonds’
