If you have problems with Diamonds not being charged after purchase, please restart your device and sign into the Hakuna again.
Subscription payment/renewal is made in the App Store or Google Play Store. Please understand that it may take time to process payment from the App Store or Google Play Store to Hakuna platform, and this may cause delays with diamonds to be provided up to 24 hours.
If the problem persists even after 24 hours, go to ‘My’ tab → ‘More’ (☰) → ‘Help Center’, and submit a request by entering the Hakuna ID or Username used for purchase and receipt/payment details.
[Android]
Please refer to [Google Store Help Center] to find your Google Play receipt, including the receipt order number (e.g. starting with GPA), total purchase amount, and the date of purchase.
[iOS]
Please refer to the [Apple Support Center] to find your iTunes receipt, including the receipt order number (eg, starting with M), total purchase amount, and the date of order.
[PC/Web Payment]
Please attach payment details including the date and amount of the web payment.
