First, please check if you are logged in with the correct account.
We recommend you to log out of the current account and then try logging in with all your accounts.
If the Stars has disappeared, please check the Stars usage history by clicking on the ‘My’ tab → ‘Stars’ icon → ‘Star Wallet’ → ‘Transaction’.
Also, it may have been automatically converted into Diamonds if the 'Auto-exchange Stars to Diamonds' is turned on, so please check the settings.
‘My’ tab → ‘More’ (☰) → ‘Other Settings’ → ‘Auto-exchange Stars to Diamonds’ ON/OFF
If the diamonds have disappeared, submit a detailed request by going to 'My' tab → 'More' (☰) → 'Help Center' by entering your Hakuna ID/Username, a screenshot of the issue, and a receipt including your order number, so we can give you a better assistance.
