If the pop-up message "Please refresh after allowing the camera and microphone permission in the browser to use the service" is displayed, check that the webcam and microphone are connected/operating well.
Then, click 'Allow access to the microphone, camera, and screen recording', close the settings page and reload the page to start live streaming without problem.
If the problem still persists, please delete cookies in your web browser settings and try again.
If the problem is not resolved, go to 'My' tab → 'More' (☰) → 'Help Center' and submit a detailed request including your Hakuna ID or Username, and a screenshot/video of the error.
