Effective from June 17, 2024, in South Korea and Japan, the Hakuna Content Guidelines are designed to complement our Community Guidelines. These guidelines ensure that all users can enjoy a safe and healthy community environment on Hakuna.
The Content Guidelines are divided into two main sections: Content Classification Policy and Content Restriction Policy. Violations of these guidelines may result in actions such as warnings, content removal, usage restrictions, or account suspension, according to our internal regulations.

Content Classification Policy
When providing content that includes themes or topics unsuitable for minors, users must set the appropriate content classification. (Guide on how to set content classification)
Content deemed unsuitable for minors or containing adult themes must be classified accordingly. Failure to properly classify such content can result in usage restrictions and other penalties.
Even if the content is classified, certain inappropriate content as defined by the Content Restriction Policy may still necessitate further action.
Example: Even if content is classified as Flirty Theme, exposure of genitalia, pubic hair, or nipples will still be considered a violation of the Content Restriction Policy and will be subject to penalties.
