Profiles, fanboards (image, video), and cover images for broadcasting rooms
Your content may be deleted without notice if it contains the following as a profile, fanboard, or cover image of broadcast.
- Harming oneself or others (an image that is associated with self-harm or violence)
- Official logo of public institutions (police station, etc.)
- Using Hakuna logo without Hakuna’s consent
- Including personal information
Content not allowed in broadcasts
You may receive a warning if the following is exposed during the broadcasting.
- Requesting exposure or sexual acts to other users
- Threatening others
- Saying that you'll visit the user in purpose of threatening
- Showing weapons such as a gun, knife, etc. on the screen.
- Excessive insults/slanders/disparagement
- Content of battling with insults
- Hate speech towards race, country, gender, etc.
- Disparaging content aimed at a specific person
- Revealing personal information
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted content
- Transmitting sports, dramas, movies, etc.
- Impersonating other's photos
- Impersonating Hakuna employees
If the violation continues despite continuous warnings in the broadcast, sanctions may be imposed for one day or a certain period of time.
Content defined as critical violations in broadcasts
In the following cases, which are defined as critical violations within the service, the use of the service may be permanently prohibited.
- Children who are underage for service use
- Sexual/violent acts against underage users
- Illegal activities
- Nudity or explicit sexual content
- Refund abuse
