If you have an unpleasant experience or encounter inappropriate user behavior while using Hakuna, you can report it using the following. All reports are anonymous, so the person who is reported will not know who reported them.
1. Report during the broadcast
If you encounter an inappropriate user during a broadcast
- Click the user's nickname and press the ⋮ or ... button on the top right of the mini profile.
- Depending on the content you want to report, you can select video/image or chat report.
- If you select one of the reasons for reporting (blocking), the report will be submitted.
2. Report Rude/Unpleasant DM
If you receive an unpleasant message(DM)
- Click the speech bubble and ’Confirm’ to submit the report.
- If you select one of the reasons for reporting (blocking), the report will be submitted.
3. Report fan board posts
If an unpleasant fan board post is written
- Click ⋮ or ... button at the top right of the post.
- If you select either blocking or reporting, the report will be submitted.
- If you report it, the post will not be shown to you.
- If the post is considered to have violated the guidelines, it will be deleted.
* If you want to report inappropriate users through CS, please send the following information through [Report inappropriate users].
- Detailed description of the situation
- The date and time of the situation that occurred
- If you attach the correct Hakuna ID (nickname is not applicable) or mini profile picture, we can check the information more accurately.
- Attaching screenshots and videos could help us with proof regarding the inappropriate behavior. (It is difficult to check the issue for problems outside the Hakuna app)
The more accurate information you share, the faster you can report the user. If the report is considered as inappropriate according to the guidelines, we will take appropriate measures for the relevant user.
