An Introduction of Hakuna
Hakuna is a social live-streaming service that teenagers over the age of 17 can use and broadcast on. Hakuna offers video and radio modes, providing opportunities to communicate directly with various people and to create content through multi-guest mode for up to 4 people.
There is a team feature in Hakuna. Through team activities, users can build active relationships with team members and gain team points.
How to identify minors
Hakuna requires date of birth when signing up for the service. Depending on the country, phone number authentication is required. Some features are restricted to use without phone number authentication.
Certain features are restricted for minor users. Minor users cannot use DM (1:1 message) within Hakuna.
What we do for the safety of minors
Hakuna imposes strict service sanctions if a violation against minors is found in the community. If users under the service age limit are confirmed to be using Hakuna, we impose permanent suspension on the account and block the device.
If you find users under the service age limit including your own child using the app, you can report them on the app.
Also, if you report the user with evidence that the user is younger than the age requirement for service through the inquiry page, our team will review it and take appropriate action.
My child is using Hakuna and is facing difficulties
If your child above the age of 17 has difficulties using Hakuna, please follow the guidelines below:

- Within the Hakuna app, there is a 'block’ feature. If you click on a specific user's profile and block them, the user cannot access your child's broadcast and profile.
- If you find someone harassing your child on Hakuna broadcasting or the fan board, please guide them to report the user. After reviewing the report, service suspension will be applied according to the degree of violation of the guidelines.
- If you still have difficulties, please send the relevant information and evidence to the Hakuna team. The internal team will take action after thoroughly reviewing it.
