To better help you with this issue, please go to the Friends tab and click on the Settings icon. Then click on Help center, submit a request with the following information.
1) The trouble you are experiencing with Hakuna in detail
2) Hakuna ID
3) Device name (eg. iPhone 6)
4) Application version(eg. 1.0.0)
5) iOS version(eg. 8.3)
