First please try turning your device off and on and try using Hakuna again.
If the problem still persists, go to the 'My Page' and select 'Help center'. Then submit a request with the following information.
1) The trouble you are experiencing with Hakuna in detail
2) Check if your phone's basic camera application is working
3) If this issue happens with other apps as well
4) Screenshot of the error
