First, please check if all notifications for Hakuna from your device settings are turned on.
Next, go to 'My Page', press 'Preferences' and click 'Notification settings' to check if all notifications are turned on.
If the problem still persists, go to the 'My Page' and select 'Help center'. Then submit a request with the following information.
1) Device name (eg. Galaxy S4)
2) Android OS version (eg. 2.3.3)
3) Hakuna ID
