First please try turning your device off and on.
If the problem still persists, go to the 'My Page' and select 'Help center'. Then submit a request with the following information.
1. If the microphone is functional.
2. If this problem occurred with one participant or or with all participants.
3. If this happens when you are a Guest or a Host.
4. If you are using earphones/headset or Bluetooth earphones/headset.
5. If the authorization for the microphone is off.
6. If you are listening to music on your device while using Hakuna.
7. If this issue happens with other apps as well
8. If you have used bluetooth to link with your car
