How do I use payout?

You can request a payout for your stars from 'My page' - 'Star wallet.' Click the 'Payout' button on the top and you will be taken to the payout page. To make sure you can use payout correctly, please check out the instructions below!

1. First, you need a Payoneer account and e-wallet to request a payout.

2. Payoneer payout service is only provided to people who are 18 or older. Anyone under 18 is not eligible for payout.

3. Payout will be processed within 7~10 days after submission.

4. You can request a payout once a week.

5. Please refer to the notice to check the minimum and maximum number of stars for each request.

6. The Payoneer service fee will be deducted from your expected payout amount.

7. Once the withdrawal amount is debited to your Payoneer account, you need to transfer the amount to your own bank account.

Once you requested the payout, you can check the status of your request from 'Transactions' in the 'Star wallet'.
