Where can I track my payout request?

To check the status of your payout requests, go to 'My page' - 'Star wallet' and click 'Transactions.' There could be 4 types of status: Requested, Pending, Completed, and Canceled. Please keep in mind that it may take some time until it gets transferred to your Payoneer account. Also, you can only cancel the payout request when the status is 'Requested.' Once the payout is processed, it will be transferred to your Payoneer account. Once the amount is debited to your Payoneer account, you need to transfer the amount to your own bank account.
